3.4 If you pay in cash, you must pay the full amount when you collect your order or when it is delivered.
3.5 If we find that an item was shown at the wrong price, we will contact you. You can then confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it and be refunded in full.
4. PROMOTIONAL CODES 4.1 If we give you a promotional code, you can use it once per order unless we say otherwise. It cannot be combined with another code or offer, has no cash value, and may have a minimum spend, an expiry date or other conditions that we will state with the code.
4.2 We may withdraw a code at any time, and we may cancel an order or remove a discount if a code has been used wrongly or unfairly.
5. COLLECTION 5.1 Collection orders are usually ready in about 25 minutes. This is an estimate, not a promise. We will tell you if we expect a longer wait.
5.2 You must collect your order from 33 High St, Rowley Regis, B65 0DR and give us your name or order number. If you do not collect your order within a reasonable time after it is ready, we may treat it as cancelled. Food cannot be kept safely for long, so we may not be able to refund you.

6.2 Delivery orders usually arrive in about 50 minutes. This is an estimate, not a promise. Traffic, weather and how busy we are can affect it.
6.3 You must be available at the delivery address and reachable on the phone number you gave us. If we cannot reach you or no one answers after reasonable attempts, we may treat the order as delivered and we may not be able to refund you.
7. ORDERING FROM YOUR TABLE 7.1 If you order from your table, your order is a contract with us in the same way as any other order. We will bring it to your table. The payment options for table orders are shown on the website when you order.
8. PRE-ORDERS AND SCHEDULED ORDERS 8.1 For a pre-order or scheduled order you choose a later time or date. We will prepare your order for that time. We will tell you if we cannot meet it.
8.2 You can cancel or change a scheduled order free of charge if you contact us at least 2 hours before the time you chose. After that we may already have started preparing it.
9. RESERVATIONS 9.1 A reservation request becomes a booking when we send you a confirmation. Please tell us how many people are coming, and tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you book.

10.2 The 14 day right to cancel that applies to many online purchases does not apply to freshly prepared food, or to reservations for a meal on a specific date. This does not affect your other legal rights.
10.3 If you are owed a refund for a card or wallet payment, we will refund it to the same card or wallet within 14 days of agreeing to the refund. If you were going to pay in cash, there is nothing to refund. If you have paid cash and we owe you money, we will refund it in cash or agree another way with you.
11. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER 11.1 If something is missing, wrong, or not of satisfactory quality, or your order is unsafe or late, please contact us as soon as you can, ideally on the day you receive it. Give us your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will look into it quickly.
11.2 If an item is missing, wrong or not of satisfactory quality, we will, where the law gives you the choice, replace it or refund it. We will also consider a fair refund or credit if your order is significantly late. Asking you to contact us quickly does not take away any of your legal rights.
12. ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 12.1 Our kitchen handles the 14 major allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from any allergen, including through cross-contact in our kitchen.
12.2 If you or anyone you are ordering for has an allergy or intolerance, please phone us on +44 121 820 5134 or speak to us before you order so we can tell you what is in each dish. Do not rely only on the website or on notes added to your order, as a note may not reach the kitchen in time.
12.3 Our allergen information is available on our menu at /menu. The information we give about allergens is correct to the best of our knowledge when you order, but recipes and suppliers can change.
13. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU 13.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. It also does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
13.2 If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and we are not responsible for any loss of profit or other business loss if you order for a business purpose.
13.3 We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, power or internet failures, or a fault in a payment or delivery system, where we could not reasonably have avoided it.
13.4 The website may sometimes be unavailable. If it is, you can phone us to order on +44 121 820 5134.
14. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 14.1 We are responsible for your personal information. We use it to take and deliver your order, deal with your questions and complaints, and meet our legal duties. We only send you marketing if you have agreed to it.
